I work on a clinical decision support system. Some main project I work on include:
Analyzing electrocardiograms: I build a tool that clinicians use to quickly review large amounts of ECG data. It used a mixture of signal processing and machine learning.
Predicting reoccurring cardiac events: Using a combination of cardiac device data and medical history to assess the likelihood that a patient will experience another cardiac event within three weeks.
Patient risk stratification: Identify patients in need of clinical attention.
